Sunday October 30th saw the first joint competition for Integrity and the Samurai kickboxing group. We had lot’s of juniors and adults competing for the first time from as young as 5 years old up to students who compete at international level. Everyone had a great time in the four categories of Sparring, Patterns/Sequences, high kick and power testing. Well done to all who attended and we look forward to the next one at the end of March
