1.   Rear leg front knee, opposite leg axe kick.

2.   Jab, cross, front hand hook, back hand uppercut.

3.   Inward crescent kick, opposite leg back kick, power cross.

4.   Front hand low parry, speed cross, front hand downward elbow block, rear leg

      jumping turning kick.

5.   Rear leg turning kick, opposite leg spinning heel kick, bob and weave, front hand

      shovel.

6.   Front hand low parry, speed cross, lead leg jumping side kick.

7.   Front leg front snap kick, opposite leg turning kick, opposite leg back kick, same

      leg jumping side kick.

8.   All front hand doubles : Jabs, body hooks, head hooks, uppercuts.

9.   Front hand low parry, back hand uppercut, rear leg jumping spinning heel kick.

10. Free head movement, jab, cross, lead leg front snap kick, opposite leg jumping

      roundhouse kick.
