We’re off to a fantastic start to the term, with lots of new students joining our classes. A warm welcome to all of you – we’re excited to have you as part of our community.
A special congratulations must go to our very first group of seven students, who took part in their first public grading in Poole at the beginning of September. We’re delighted to share that every one of them passed, with five of them gaining a credit!
Our instructors have also been busy. Some of them have recently completed a Level 3 First Aid course at the weekend.
We also went to Wales for a training weekend. A chance for us to catch up, train and let’s just say a fair amount if socialising!
Good news – our brand-new uniform should be with us at the beginning of October. Look out for an email.
Starsky our mascot has also been out and about with our students, over the last couple of weeks. He has been horse riding, visiting a farm and to a birthday party. He is just back from a trip to Leweston Prep School, where he joined Beatrix for lessons and even went to shooting club.
The big question is where will he be going next? Stay tuned to find out.
We would like to congratulate Emily who is our student of the month. Emily has shown determination, and fought her fear of sparring. Well done Emily!
Congratulations to Ella who has been made Sports Captain for her house this year. Her confidence has grown over the last few years, and we are very proud of her.
