A brilliant day was had by all Taekwon-Do/Kickboxing students who attended the Competition jointly hosted by Integrity and IMA Rising stars. We like to encourage as many as possible to attend, because the competition is very friendly and local for most people. We had juniors as young as 4 showing off their skills in the four categories: High kick, Patterns/Combinations, Power tests and sparring. Well done to all that came away with a medal, hopefully we'll see you all again on October 12th.
