Friday September 2nd saw 18 students from Integrity and Samurai kickboxing gather in the amazing ‘Manor on the Monnow’ in Monmouthshire. This wonderful old house was to be our home for the following three nights. Students enjoyed the fantastic facilities on offer including the hot tub and access to ‘Cold water therapy’ which was available in the adjacent river. Training was awesome and started every morning with an early outdoor session, with optional midday sessions, as well as formal sessions in the evening. Before we knew it the weekend was over and everyone is looking forward to coming back in 2023!
