Violence and Conflict Prevention Training

Why choose us?

We are the market leaders in the UK for adrenal stress training. Our courses have been used by the public as well as local and national corporate groups for nearly 20 years.

We’ve had thousands of satisfied attendees who have all been blown away by the courses effectiveness. Adrenal stress in one form or another occurs in every confrontation, however big or small. From aggressive behaviour in the workplace, to a mugging or violent attack on the street. The biggest factor in self protection is having the ability to channel the adrenaline and avoid ‘FREEZING UP’.

Why does our training work?

They work because we firstly deal with conditioning and re programming the brain to work under the effects of adrenal stress! So you don’t freeze up. This initial phase which taps into the workings of the brain provides all the appropriate responses to be stored in the area of the brain that stores your emotional responses. The course builds as it goes, so the attendee’s exposure to adrenal stress is increased over a period of time and supported by your ‘Coach’, until they are ready to face the ultimate challenge, the HITMEN. You won’t leave feeling any different, however because of our unique methodology you will have programmed the part of your brain that will be activated when you need it.

"It's better to be a warrior in a garden, than a gardener in a war"

Who are the hitmen?

Sometimes in our sessions we use a fully padded assailant known as a HITMAN.

The HITMEN are the closest thing you’ll get to a real life attacker, without having a terrifying assault actually happen to you. Most self defence courses involve striking pads at best.
When we use them you’ll get to strike FULL FORCE against a a HITMAN who acts like a real predator!
We pride ourselves on providing market leading training, supporting you through the experience
and once our course/training has been completed you will have learnt:

  • How not to be a victim
  • How to be less intimidated
